We are a creative agency

A collaborative team of strategists, designers and developers working together to deliver exceptional results.

We design and create the most beautiful, innovative and engaging brand interfaces. We're a design studio that believes in progress through collaboration, driven by skill and magic.

We are a group of experienced technologists who are passionate about developing new products and experiences.

We're here to help you develop things that benefit people. We partner with organizations like yours to guide and realize your vision for the future. Our diverse team of designers, developers and strategists work directly with you to solve problems, rather than selling you solutions. We develop ideas, then build, test and evolve them together. In the process, we make thousands of small decisions along the way.

A dedicated team of designers and developers based in London.

At Assignit, we’re results-driven professionals who build the best websites in the world. When it comes to growing your business, no task is too small and no challenge is too big for us to tackle.

Our Process

Our web development process is as simple and efficient as it gets. Our 5-step process streamlines the process and reduces rework.

Step 1

Discovery

Before you get started, it's important to have a clear understanding of your project. For websites with a straightforward design, this process can be as simple as Contacting us to create a site map and understanding template and feature requirements. For more complex builds, we recommend a Clarity call, where we brainstorm and prototype ideas to ensure we're developing the right product, and we create a road map and a rough prototype to reference throughout development.

Now that we have gathered all the necessary information, we can plug it into our estimating tool and create a proposal and/or contract. Throughout the pre-development phase, we keep an eye on the progress of the design and provide feedback as needed.

Step 2

Design

In this phase of the web design process, we look at your vision and have a creative discussion with our designers to make sure they have a clear idea of how to achieve that vision. Once we have created the information hierarchy/Site Map.

When we design a website, we start with wireframes that serve as a blueprint. After we determine how the design should complement your conversion goals, we determine the aesthetics. Colours, photos, embellishments - all of this happens after we determine how the design should be used to increase engagement and conversions on your website.

Step 3

Development

After the design is handed over, we move on to the development phase. This phase usually consists of front-end development and content management system (CMS) integration. It becomes a silent phase between us and you, as a client. We provide updates at least once a week and point out unexpected events as soon as possible by phone and email. When development comes to an end, we enter the quality assurance phase.

In this phase of the project, we build the website using WordPress (CMS) and ensure that all code is clean and complies with best practices for modern web development. Our websites use Advanced Custom Fields to allow you to make simple updates without having to interact with the code.

Step 4

Quality Assurance

After a website is completed and all content is entered, our quality assurance process begins. We complete an internal checklist and test the website with the most popular browsers and operating systems to ensure a smooth user experience.

We provide complete website walkthroughs that allow you to see how the website works before you get started. We use ProjectHuddle as a medium to solicit your feedback. We provide you with at least two rounds of feedback for quality assurance before we set a launch date.

Step 5

The big day to celebrate

We launch your new website and provide video tutorials to help you learn how to navigate the backend and update the contents. We will monitor your site’s performance to ensure metrics meet your expectations.

During this step, we do:

  • Functional testing and Accessibility testing.
  • Implement security measures such as IP restriction, security headers, login page protection, securing the rest APIs, and implementing a firewall.
  • Other forms of overall audits and internal checks.
